Wild About You: Our Client Appreciation Day at the Zoo Was One for the Books

Some events go exactly how you hoped. And then, every once in a while, one goes better.

On Saturday, June 7th, we hosted our Wild About You Client Appreciation Event at the Saint Louis Zoo, and we are still smiling about it. Clients, friends, kids, grandparents, strollers, sunscreen, and a whole lot of laughter, all in one of St. Louis's most beloved places. The energy was incredible from the first hello to the last goodbye, and it reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

The Day in a Nutshell

Picture a perfect June afternoon. Families wandering from the penguins to the sea lions. Kids pressing their noses to the glass. Clients we helped buy their first homes introducing us to babies who did not exist at the closing table. Neighbors running into neighbors, because in a community like ours, that is simply what happens.

That is the part no photo quite captures. Real estate is about houses on paper, but in real life it is about people, and Saturday was wall-to-wall proof. We got to catch up with families we have known for years and meet new faces who came as guests and left as friends. There were a few happy tears, more than a few snow cones, and at least one toddler who declared the giraffes "too tall," which remains the review of the day.

To everyone who came out: thank you. Seeing your faces meant everything to us. Our business is built on relationships, and an afternoon like this one is our favorite way to say so.

The bad news first: yes, it was as fun as everyone is saying. If your social feed filled up with zoo photos on Saturday and you felt a little pang, we understand. We missed you, and we will absolutely be doing this again.
